There are various types of essays that you might come across in college. One teacher might give you an expository essay for their subject, while the other might demand an argumentative essay. To distinguish between them is very important because if you are not able to do so, it will lead to consequences which might include a bad grade.
Expository essay: An expository essay is the one used to bring forward your explanation of an issue or an idea, in all aspects possible for you. The requirements of this type of essay are a well-defined thesis statement or research question which you raise. Whatever point you raise must be backed up by facts, making it solid and not looking like talking in the air. This essay is not about taking stances on what is right and what is wrong, but just an explanation from your side.
Persuasive essay: A persuasive essay’s meaning is evident from its label. It is required to persuade your readers regarding a stance with reasoning, facts and evidence. This essay polishes your persuasive skills. To be persuasive, it is important that you have more than one reason to believe something to be true. If you have just one reason that you are presenting to your audience, chances are that you will end up repeating your points, making your essay look repetitive and give a bad impact of redundancy. Even if you have only one reasoning, research to find out other people’s perspective and use their evidences to make your essay strong and convincing.
Analytical essay: Again evident from its title, an analytical essay is for analyzing any form of literature, art and event. To provide a complete analysis of the subject, it is important to analyze its content first and then give an overall analysis and organization to your writing. Be critical and don’t state all the good things, but the negatives too for a complete analysis.
Argumentative essay: This essay is different from the persuasive essay, and many students confuse the two. An argumentative essay gives all the beliefs regarding an issue, and proves that your point of view is the most correct among others. It presents both or several other points of view as well, whereas a persuasive essay only presents one side of the story.
If you are still unable to write according to the teacher’s needs there are various specialized assignment writers for hire and they are experts in different essays.
